3 days, 2 nights, 3 days of skiing

Wednesday February 25
7h30 am - Departure from school
10h30 am - Arrival at Mont Saint-Sauveur and skiing for the day
5h15 pm - Departure to the restaurant
5h45 pm - Dinner at St-Hubert
7h00 pm - Departure to the hotel
7h45 pm - Arrival at Holiday Inn Express and free evening

Thursday February 26
8h00 am - Breakfast included at the hotel
9h00 am - Skiing for the day at Tremblant
5h00 pm - Dinner at the hotel - take out from Yaoooo Pizza
6h00 pm - Evening of Mission Liberté activities

Friday February 27
7h30 am - Breakfast included at the hotel
8h30 am - Room checkout 
9h00 am - Skiing for the day at Tremblant
4h30 pm - Departure from the resort for the return trip 
9h30 pm - Estimated arrival at school

CANCELLATION POLICY 

· 35 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation fee

· 34 to 15 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee

· 14 days or less before departure: no refund

In all cases, an email must be sent to info@expresstours.ca to confirm your decision to cancel your package. Please include the order (invoice) number and the name of the participant concerned by the cancellation. 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE 

1. Create an account here
2. Check your emails to activate your account (also check your junk mail folder) 
3. Once the account is created and the email address verified, register your child for the trip
4. Return to the École secondaire Pointe-Lévy tab and click the Book button 
5. Select the number of children to register 
6. Complete each child's information form, indicating their name, date of birth, and any important details in the notes field (e.g., food allergy)
7. Click on Add to cart and review your order
8. Click on Proceed to checkout 
9. Read terms and conditions 
10. Complete the payment 
11. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided 

If there is no more place to the trip and you wish to add your child to the waiting list, please notify Marc-Alyre Racine : marc.ecolefirststeps@gmail.com at the school as soon as possible.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Taking precautions before leaving is always a smart choice! Express Tours strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance before departure or verify their personal coverage.

Manulife offers cancellation, interruption, and medical insurance, available directly through Express Tours.
