Overnight trips policy (individual)
CANCELLATION BY EXPRESS TOURS
Express Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip when the minimum number of reservations is not reached. This number of bookings varies from trip to trip. In case of cancellation, customers are fully refunded and will be notified, by phone and/or email, 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy will apply if no other specific policies are established.
-Cancellation 45 days or more before the departure date: a booking fee of 10% of the total cost of the package (including taxes) will be retained per reservation.
-Cancellation 44 to 31 days before the departure date: a fee of 50% of the total cost of the package (including taxes) will be retained per reservation.
-Cancellation 30 days or less prior to departure date: no refund.
In all cases, an email must be sent to info@expresstours.ca indicating your decision to cancel your plan. You will need to include the order number (invoice) and the names of the participants affected by the cancellation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is possible that the cancellation policy of your package is different. If this is the case, the policy specific to your package will take precedence. Taking the necessary precautions before leaving is clever. Express Tours strougly recommends that customers take out travel insurance before departure or, if necessary, check their personal insurance coverage. Manulife offers cancellation, interruption and medical insurance that can be obtained directly from Express Tours.
