Overnight Trip Cancellation Policy (group)

Cancellation by the customer

This policy will apply if no other specific policy for the group is establish.

• 45 days or more before departure date: 20% of the total cost of the package will be held back as reservation.

• 44 days or less before the departure date: no refund

To cancel, you must contact the person in charge of the group. Be sure to have your invoice and confirmation number in hand.

We will provide a refund if a trip must be cancelled due to lack of participants.
