Itinerary

Friday, March 20th
12:00 PM — Departure from McGill Stadium (Avenue des Pins O)
2:30 PM — Stop at grocery store
4:00 PM — Arrival at Jay Peak and check-in
8:30 PM — McGill private waterpark event - 2 hours of exclusive fun!
10:30 PM — Back to units and free evening

Saturday, March 21st
8:30 AM to 4:00 PM — Skiing at Jay Peak
6:00 PM — Après ski outdoor BBQ - Music and free hot dogs for everyone

Sunday, March 22nd
10:00 AM — Max check-out - all units must be emptied and luggages loaded on buses
8:30 AM to 3:30 PM — Skiing at Jay Peak
3:30 PM - Meet back at the buses
4:00 PM — Departure back to Montreal
6:30 PM — Arrival at McGill

How to Register

1. Create your online profile here.

2. Activate your account via the email you receive (check spam/junk if needed).

3. Return to the trip page and click REGISTER.

4. Select the number of participants you’re registering, then click Next.

5. Complete each participant’s form and add your 9-Digit McGill Student ID number in the notes section

6. Review your selections and click Add to cart.

7. Click Checkout, read and accept the Terms & Conditions, then pay by Visa or Mastercard.

8. You’ll receive your confirmation by email.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
To come you MUST check all the specifics Visa and Entry regulations depending on your country of origin. You must fill ESTA on the US website AT LEAST 24H PRIOR to departure.  

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 61 days before departure: 10% fee

• 60 to 31 days before departure: 50% fee

• 30 days or less before departure: No refund

Other Charges (participant replacement; subject to Club approval)

• Up to 35 days prior to departure: 15% fee

• 34 to 25 days prior to departure: 25% fee

• 24 days or less: No substitutions permitted

• No refund if you are denied access to the USA

For any cancellation or transfer, you must email info@expresstours.ca to notify your decision. Please include the order (invoice) number and the participant’s name.

MEDICAL COVERAGE REQUIEREMENT - Trip Insurance

Everyone must have appropriate travel/medical coverage for alpine skiing/riding. Manulife offers an All-Risks Plan for Canadian youth, including trip-cancellation coverage and a Medical Emergency travel insurance.

Insurance must be purchased within 72 hours of booking the trip. Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
International Students - You are required to ensure you are covered with your own insurance as we can't sell you insurance from Canada.
