CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE TRIP
-Up to 31 days prior to departure there is a 10% fee for any cancellation
-30 to 16 days prior to departure, 80% fee for any cancellation
-15 days or less prior to departure – no refund
-Replacement of a participant – No charge if they take the same package. If not, there will be a 20% charge for the replacement of a person with a different package. Replacements are allowed up to 7 days prior to departure
