***PRIVATE WATERPARK SESSION based on a minimum requirement of 3 full buses (150 people) . If only 2 buses, the waterpark session on Friday wouldn’t be private, but each student would have a Pump House Waterpark ticket valid for the whole day till the facility closes (8pm)
ITINERARY
Friday March 14th 2025
11:45 am: Departure from Concordia
2:30 pm: Stop at grocery store
4:00 pm: Arrival at Jay Peak and check-in
8:30 pm: Exclusive Waterpark Party
10:30 pm: Back to units
Saturday March 15th 2025
8:30 am to 4:00 pm: Ski at Jay Peak
6:00 pm: Après ski BBQ
Sunday March 16th 2025
10:00 am: Check-out and loading luggage on buses
8:30 am to 3:30 pm: Ski at Jay Peak
3:30 pm: Meet back at buses
4:00 pm: Departure back to Concordia
6:30 pm: Scheduled arrival at Concordia

CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 61 days prior to departure: 10% cancellation fee
- From 60 to 31 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 30 days or less prior to departure: No refund
-Replacement of a participant more than 25 days prior to departure: 20% fee
-No replacement 24 days or less prior to departure
-No refund if you are denied access to the USA
For any kind of cancellation an email must be sent to info@expresstours.ca to notify your decision to cancel your package. You will need to indicate the order number (invoice) and the name of the participant affected by the cancellation.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
To come you MUST check all the specifics regarding Visa and Entry regulations depending on your country of origin. You must fill ESTA on the US website PRIOR to departure. Also, you are required to ensure you are covered with your own insurance as we can’t sell you insurance from Canada.
CANCELLATION AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
Everyone is required to have proper travel insurance / medical coverage for downhill skiing / riding.
Express Tours recommends to their clients to subscribe to a travel insurance ($) before their departure or, if necessary, to check their personal insurance coverage. Manulife offers cancellation, interruption and medical insurance which can be obtained from Express Tours directly.
For Canadian Citizens :
-Medical Emergency travel insurance (around 12$ taxes incl p.p.)
