A minimum of 25 participants is required to garanty the departure.

Booking Procedure
When registration opens (week of June 1st, exact date and time to be confirmed) you will be able to reserve your spots by paying a $200 deposit per person.

1 — Select the required room type (single, double, triple, or quadruple occupancy)

2 — Pay $200 per person (one transaction per room, therefore between $200 and $800) to reserve your spots

Payment Policy
-A payment equal to 50% of the package price is due 65 days prior to departure
-The remaining balance is due 35 days prior to departure

An email with complete payment instructions and procedures will be sent to you by the end of July. 

Cancellation Policy 
-The reservation deposit is non-refundable
-60 to 31 days prior departure: 50% of the package cost is non-refundable
-30 days or less prior departure: no refund will be issued
